Designing History

I started designing in 2002 when my dad brought me a computer to share with my siblings but then I am the one who spent most of the time using it. All of us loves the old "Paintbrush" software (back when the computer is using the DOS command) and that's how we started doing graphics using the computer. Offline, I am the least creative one in the family. My other siblings are really good in drawing portraits and I can't even draw the stick man properly =.=

However, thanks to the graphic-editing softwares found in the computer, I explored this little knowledge and I really enjoy doing it. Even until now, I will unconsciously click the PS icon on the taskbar even though I am not doing any photoshop that day. It has been a habit. My favourite editing software is GIMP, and I also use Photoshop, Photoscape, Photofiltre and MSPaint.

Favourite PS Style

My photoshop style? I love blending, but most importantly, I prefer simplicity. Less pictures, but more emphasize on the filters and decorations. I depends a lot on textures and brushes. My recent addiction is colorization although only 30% of my graphics have successfully been colorized. I believe that I am fairly competent in making layout, wallpapers and banners, where the canvas is big and I can add in anything that I like, compared to icons because the area is too small. I make my own brushes and textures because I am a forgetful person, so to avoid from not crediting the creator, I will use my own resources XD

Other than online shop, I also received request offline. I've designed professional website for school, clubs, designing t-shirts as well as company's business card. It is such a proud moment to see my artworks coming to life, especially the t-shirt.

Career?

Many people will think that I am working as graphic designer in real life. Too good to be true, I am now a certified high school teacher. I hope I can be a good teacher who works hard to bring my students towards their goals and dreams. I'll be teaching English and therefore I have to work hard in improving my English XD

Dream?
Every since my parents sent me to music classes twenty years ago, I've been dreaming of performing on stage. In fact, as I grew up, I've done quite a few performances, solo and group. The best moments was when I was appointed as the maestro of the uni's cultural orchestra team. That's the best moment ever, something that I never thought I would do. It is awesome to share your passion with other people, isn't it? I'd love to be a full-time musician, working behind the scene for the upcoming chart-topping idols ^^

Interest?

As you can see, I enjoy music very much and even though you can see lots of K-pop, my all-time favourite group is McFly and Busted. They inspire me a lot towards who I am today, and K-pop and C-pop inspire me to be a good musician.
