Hello there..Dorkistic Designers have been tagged by our affy, and here's my answer ^^
List 5 things you are proud of this year with the reason..
1. DORKISTIC DESIGN
In 2007, DD was neglected by its super duper lazy owner. But in 2008, I realize that I should continue with Dorkistic Design if I really like graphics and stuffs. And yeah, what makes me prouder, I have 3 new co-designers to work with me. I'm kinda choosy and I know they feel pressured working under me but having them in Dorkistic Design, and seeing Dorkistic Design received many affiliates and the growing visitors, DD is the best thing that I ever had. ^^
2. PIANO
Earlier this year (if I'm not mistaken) my sister bought a piano and I should say that I've become more hardworking in practicing and also playing my favourite songs. Up till now, I've covered many favourite songs by TVXQ, SHINEE, SUPER JUNIOR, 2AM, BIG BANG, any many other K-idols that I like. I feel proud that I practice hard just to play their songs..
3. LUNCHSTERS
you know who you are, and I just want you to know that being in this so-called "clique" matures me, and inspires me of understanding the true meaning of friendship and family
4. HALLYU
2008 is hallyu year for me. I became K-fans since around 2006 (when Vanness Wu duet with Kangta) but his year, I learn a lot about Koren music, their performing style, and I can even read Koran characters faster than reading Chinese characters (which I took classes years ago). From being HOT/KANGTA fan, I now became smaSHE, shinee WORLD, and 2PMer. Not only I know names of singers and bands, but also gag artist, tv anchor, and etc..I'd like to learn more about Korea since then..
5. IIUM ANGKLUNG GROUP
Maybe I didn't feel the ups and downs of IAG because I'm the person who is emo-less when it comes to working in a group, the fights, the tears, the bad-talking...but from IAG, I learn a lot of being good performer. I get the chance to learn and play angklung, gamelan, percussion, piano and even got the chance to be a conductor, a dream that I never dreamnt of before. I learn to have faith on people, and to hold on to your belief no matter what people say. Yep...like for now, I believe that the new T-Dev leader will be a better leader than I am no matter what other people say about him.. go go jia you!
I'm sorry that I won't tag anyone right now.. up until today, I have almost 10 requests to be done.. designers, help me!!
