Promoting, Procrastinating

For the past few days, I've been working on my site, Dorkistic, promoting, updating and trying to brainstorm for a better DD. I think the dashboard of DD is so messy since it is filled with posts since 2006.. If i were to make a "spring-cleaning", it might took days! But I'm determined that I'm going to have it cleaned before I get posted. And yesterday, I've been trying to cover a song and I realized that being a singer is not easy. I haven't made any cover for more than a month and it is hard to get the correct pitch and key.. Even the warm up needs hours! and by the time I get the tune, I was exhausted. Or it was just that I've gained too much weight lolz~ I will try to record it again today and see how it sounds.

And rather than trying to learn PHP and FTP, yesterday, I tried to code a layout that will look fine in GC, FF and IE. Most of the time all the layouts I coded will look crappy in IE. So I tried to use the old coding that I have in my blogskins (which way back then were coded in IE) and then added the container and all and this is how it looks like:




The top one is viewed via IE, thanks to Stephie who viewed it for me on IE ^^ and the other one is viewed in FF. Well, at least it just pushed to the left and the update and sidebar area is still being put below the header rather than being misaligned. Now I need to work on the CSS because it looks messy and basic XD
